We, the founders of The Caribbean Coin Alliance, hereby declare the formation of an Offshore Digital Currency Financial Center dedicated to the responsible advancement of digital finance throughout the Caribbean region.
This Alliance is established upon principles of compliance, transparency, sovereign cooperation, and institutional discipline. We commit to building a regulated framework for stablecoin banking, cross-border settlement, digital asset custody, and blockchain-based clearing infrastructure.
We affirm that every initiative undertaken by the Alliance shall be subject to applicable law, regulatory approval, and ongoing supervisory dialogue. We pledge to operate with the rigor of a global financial center, in service of the long-term economic interests of the Caribbean and of the institutions, governments, and partners with whom we collaborate.
